Our Summer Camp offers an opportunity for aspiring gymnasts to improve their current skills, learn new skills and processes they may not have tried before, and most importantly have a ton of fun while learning. GAGE is one of the few programs in the world that has developed top gymnasts consistently for the last 40 years. Join us this Summer and level up your gymnastics skills.

Camp includes

Daily training on all 4 events, plus dance training
Coaches are welcome to join and learn
Learn iconic GAGE drills and skills
Train in a fun laid back, yet elite training environment that has inspired many coaches and gymnasts from around the world.

BASIC DAILY SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK:

Monday – Thursday

9 am – 11:45 am | camp rotations
11:45 am – 1:15 pm | lunch/quiet time (Please bring a non-perishable sack lunch each day, and a book, playing cards, games etc for quiet time)
1:15 pm – 4:00 pm | camp rotations

Friday

9 am-11:30 am | camp rotations, Parents are invited into the gym to watch & take pictures.*
11:30 am-noon | pictures & autographs with coaches & camp friends

*Parents are welcome to watch each day from our viewing area on the mezzanine.
