Dragon Ninja Training

DRAGON NINJA TRAINING classes incorporate Ninja Warrior curriculum, where the students will hone their skills on obstacles like the cargo net, warped wall, monkey bars, rope swings and more, all while naturally learning the skills from Parkour to master these obstacles.

Parkour is an art of movement in which you train the body and mind to overcome obstacles. Essentially, it is to go from one place to another in the quickest and most efficient way possible overcoming any obstacle you encounter through the use of your own body.

Through games and challenges kids learn to control their movements, bodies and minds. By instilling a lifelong love of movement and healthy exercise habits, DRAGON NINJA TRAINING is an investment in a young person’s future! Studies show a strong correlation between physically fit children and academic achievement.

Classes are available for kids ages 6-15 years and are taught in an environment that is safe, supportive and friendly. Open gym times are available throughout the week for additional practice.
