Dragonfly Gymnastics

Bump City

Our fabulous, indoor playland for children ages 6 to 12.  Participants will enjoy ropes, in-ground trampolines, rock-wall bouldering, slam-dunk basketball, plus games, contests and prizes.

Bump City Jr. for children ages Kindergarten and under, includes trapeze swings into a giant pit of foam, obstacle courses, ropes, bars, and ….. a GIANT  36 ft 3 person slide!!



Dragon Martial Arts


Dragon Martial Arts welcomes both beginner and experienced students.  With classes for all ages, this is a program the entire family can enjoy. We teach HapKiDo.  This style of martial arts is a form of self-defense that employs joint locks, kicks, punches, and other striking attacks.  Hapkido emphasizes circular motion, non-resisting movements, and control of the opponent. Practitioners seek to gain advantage through footwork and body positioning to incorporate the use of leverage, avoiding the use of strength against strength.

Cheerleading & Tumbling


Cheerleaders are Amazing Athletes!  No doubt about it. Cheerleaders are great athletes.  With many of the same benefits of gymnastics and dance, plus a unique team element, cheerleading has developed into a challenging and exciting sport. It is a tremendous experience for kids to make new friends, be part of a team, and to enhance valuable life skills.
Co-ed tumble and trampoline classes focus on tumbling skills specific to the needs of cheerleading, perfect for those already on squads, or for those wanting to try-out. Classes are offered in five skill levels from beginner basics to advanced full twists & more.



Mighty Kids Gymnastics

Drawing on over 30 years of experience training toddlers to Olympians, our Mighty Kids Recreational Gymnastics curriculum has been designed to provide each of our students a top quality learning experience in an environment that is “Screamin’ Good Fun!”. We know every kid likes to Run, Jump, Bounce, Climb, Swing & Flip, so.…we incorporate each of these fitness activities into the skill progressions to achieve the ultimate non-competitive, achievement-oriented program!  Learn More
